How do I return?
RMA Authorization and RMA Number – Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to The CrystaLac Company (6205 HWY 91 N, Mountain City, TN 37683) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Shipments arriving freight collect or without an RMA number shall be subject to refusal. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
What items are returnable?

No merchandise may be returned for credit, exchange or replacement without prior authorization from The CrystaLac Company.
Warranty Period, Duration and Charges:
The product is eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unopened and sealed. If no RMA is issued for the return, no refund will be issued. With an RMA, the customer can choose a refund or store credit.
All products returned to The CrystaLac Company must be packaged and shipped with insurance to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment. Shipping damage may be deducted from credit amount on credit returns. RMA number must be clearly written on outside of the package.
Buyer is responsible for shipping product to The CrystaLac Company for credit or exchange.
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no restocking fees on products. Products must be in orginal, sealed, undamaged packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
