Return Policy

Cancellations :

Cancellations before the product is processed or shipped is acceptable. We will give you a full refund if the order is cancelled in time before processing. The order can not be cancelled if the product has already shipped out. To cancel an order, please call us direct @ 423-727-6425 during business hours for immediate assistance, or email customerservice@thecrystalaccompany.com.

Returns: (if applicable)

We accept returns on products. Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee of 10% of the retail value of the product may be applied at our discretion.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping and required to insure the package for the full value of product being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit of the product cost minus any shipping costs and/or credit card fees, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us @ customerservice@thecrystalaccompany.com
