Cancellations before the product is processed or shipped is acceptable. We will give you a full refund if the order is cancelled in time before processing. The order can not be cancelled if the product has already shipped out. Returns: (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Consumers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of the receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed and in the same condition that you received it.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A restocking fee of 10% of the retail value of the product may be applied at our discretion.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping and required to insure the package for the full value of product being returned.
